It’s always amazing when we can contribute to our community in any way, small or large. This week, we were so happy to be the photographers for Golden Ocala’s Biggest Holiday Office Party & Battle of the Sous Chefs benefitting the Children’s Home Society and Kids Central, Inc.
The battle of the sous chefs was fantastic to watch! Like a live taping of Iron Chef America, both chefs were chopping, mixing, and beating their way through the short time they had to cook with the secret ingredient, duck. Chef Derek’s dish, topped with ducks crisp (yup, that’s fried duck skin), won the evenings festivities.
